The Umbrae Noctis Festival (pronounced oom-brye knock-teez) was born out of the dark, dank winter dreary of the PNW. Knowing that there is beauty to be found in the shadows of the night, the producer of the monthly show, Burlynomicon, called the coven together to create a weekend long festival to celebrate all things dark and decadent and on the fringes...and thus was born
UMBRAE NOCTIS.
